The hotel was nice.. well at least it looked nice. I just went to watch muy son fight in the IKF. The parking prices were absolutely ridiculous!! I was there for less than an hour and had to pay $7.50. I suppose Hotel guests are free??? but the parking rate for non-guests at an event are absolutely outrageous.
Stayed for 2 nights to visit universal. Was a nice place and everyone was nice ...... but I was ate up very very bad by bed bugs ..... all over my hands , my back and even my face. And that was in a Hilton honors room on the 17th floor. Hoping I'm not taking them home. When I told the front desk , it was more of a thanks for letting us know verses a I'm sorry what can we do to make it better attitude. Terrified of the thought that I was bit on my lip by a bed bug �
Just back from our second visit at this hotel for our 2 week holiday. We love the location and the feel of the hotel. On this visit we had a problem with our room when we arrived but it was dealt with promptly (we are a family of 5 and the room we were initially allocated was definitely only for 4). The pool is small for the size of the hotel but we don't really use it anyway. The downside is having to pay $20 a night for the privilege of parking.
I'm really enjoying my stay here. It's very nice and clean. After my stay I will be back. Thanks a lot
