#Doubletree never disappoints! Linda at the front is an angel. So warm and welcoming. She went above and beyond..with an awesome sense of humor to boot. Thank you guys! The room was FANTASTIC! Treatment like this goes a long way, especially when you're traveling with 4 children! �
The Doubletree itself was extremely beautiful. I had a awesome time after the first night, however the first night I stayed I was quite disappointed because my room was not clean when I returned that evening.... I was very upset because my co-worker and I who were there at a conference did not have the same experience her room was beautifully cleaned whoever clean her room took the time to lay out all her stuff really nice and neat... however my room was not done that way whoever cleaned it rush through it, barely made the b... read more
I had reservations, arrived late evening to discover my room had been given to another party. The desk clerk provided a room with no bed but couch that made into one. It wasn't a very pleasant first night experience.

Maintenance is needed in the room bathroom, and they need to clean the sheets better found black spots all over the "clean" bed, the shower had mold on the walls, there was hair on the wall in the shower that was not mine, the bathroom door knob was wobbly and falling off, the toilet in my room was also leaking when I checked in, and the shower drain is sticking out, not even in place. The tap water was high in chlorine, like pool water, so you can't drink the water unless you enjoy those chemicals, they force you to buy bot... read more
