There were snotty nose brats dancing at the hotel! The parents did not watch their children, and the kids were eating pizza in the Jacuzzi! My mom told them they weren't supposed to be eating in a Jacuzzi! Couple minutes later, another group of kids were eating Oreos and other junk food in the Jacuzzi!! One of the worst hotels I stayed in and the staff was okay but will never come back. It was embarrassing to stay here as a rewards member.
Took Uber to hotel, as there's no shuttle. Check in went great. Got to room....it smelled of cleaning chemicals. At 3 a.m. I had to leave room as it was so strong I couldn't breathe. Checked me into a new room, different wing, at 4 a.m. No help from staff to relocate. Night manager was more concerned about when I was leaving room than in helping my family and I get a new room. Staff was friendly and helpful building was under remodel it seemed, and staffing seemed low for the size of the convention and $26 for breakfast and $7 for a beer felt high
Great hotel staff. Clean rooms, and trust me, I'm very picky. Can't wait to come back
Great room shuttle staff and property. All that said, the cookies were even better�
