My husband and I come every year since we got married. We love the staff everyone is always so nice. We will keep coming back to see out PM front desk worket Miss. Linda! If you go asks for her she is the best. We have come to love this woman. It is not a trip to Orlando without seeing her. If you see her tell her the Woods say hello. Will keep coming back for our anniversary!
Was a great hotel, clean and comfy and close to the park. Would definitely go back. Location was perfect a 10 minute walk to Universal and a 20 minute drive to the Disney parks. Perfect for us as it was my partners first time driving out in Orlando. Also staff were fantastic when my parents travel agent made a mistake and cancelled there room, they sorted a new room out immediately and apologised for the inconvenience even though it was not caused by them. Stayed this doubletree and received a call at 8am from the front desk saying that they were sorry but there was a computer glitche and wanted to give us a 15% discount for the inconvenience. They ask for my credit card information to confirm what was used to book the room but i dont give it to them. Upon check, i went to the front desk and they already knew of the calls to the rooms as it has been happening to other guest for a while. I find this very unprofessional to not warn the guest of these calls.
Lovely hotel right next door to Universal Studios! Staff were all friendly and helpful, room was lovely. Expecially Linda!! Would defo stay here again.
