Our sales woman was rude to us. Never judge a book by its cover. She didn't listen to us, when we cut her off from her canned speech, she was very mad. We didn't want to talk numbers until we had test driven 2 cars, she wouldn't let us drive anything. Rude. We went over to Garber and purchased a car on the spot. Next time listen to your customer and be helpful instead of pushing your agenda on people

VERY FRUSTRATED with this dealership and angry! � I leased a Toyota a little more than 2 years ago and boy were they helpful then! I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and reached out to Mr. Dorschel last week via message left on his assistant's voicemail and have sent email to Mr. Dorschel. We traded in a car (Ford) for a Toyota and were assisted by Brian O. He was great, very knowledgeable, great personality, and definitely not a pressure salesman. My parents had his assistance with cars in the past and recommended Brian. He came with us for a test drive and told us everything about that particular car, which was a great choice. I bought my 2007 Prius here at Dorschal 10 years ago. Never had one problem with it until this spring. It has 180k mikes on it....I had it in for the second time after spending 250. The first time. They did not charge me for the second visit and I appreciate them telling me not to spend any money on repairs because the engine was beginning to fail. They said to drive it till it dies ...could be a few months or a year. I appreciate their honesty.
