Definitely don't have it together. For a 2hr job it's taken 4 hrs because the first 1hr and a half you dicked around. You already new what was wrong with it. You called me said you had the parts bring it in. So here I am and you had no clue. So for 1 and half you didn't even know u had the parts even though I told the first guy checking me in that you had the parts already. Your answer I offered you a shuttle. I hate buying cars. But today was great. Dorschels pricing program eliminates the part I hate most. Had done my homework ahead of time, and new the range I wanted to pay for the vehicle, and the price they quoted was at the bottom end of that. Got more than I anticipated for my trade in, and was given the option of taking some of that in cash (minus tax... so put it all toward car!) When it's time to replace our other vehicle in a few years I will definetly return to a Dorschel dealership,
Well I am done with Dorschel from here on out. It was such a great experience hearing your salesman, Don Beuerlein, brag about his personal car and horse power bullshit when I am trying to get questions answered about turning in my lease and other options. When I grounded my car and made sure there was nothing left inside he asks "do you have a screw driver?" I reply no, and then hands me one to go take off MY OWN LICENSE PLATES while he walks away. The Dorschel Collision Center fixed my car when I was in town and everything was great and timely. I would highly recommend them for body shop needs! The service couldn't be beat. It was a breath of fresh air getting taken care of with such great service for an unexpected visit. Thanks!
I got my oil changed not only did I get great service I loved the shuttle service to and from work when I got my car it was so clean I could eat off it
