@Dorschel Collision: When a customer walks in the door and the person at the front desk hardly acknowledges your presence as you stand there, waiting for her to look up. Didn't even get a "Good Morning". She's still not smiling...let's just say friendly wouldn't be the first words I use to describe this place.
