Love the Doerschel Service team!! The appointment process is easy, the intro car bays get me out of the weather, the people are great and now the waiting space is even comfier with a fireplace and cafe. Extremely disappointed. I called to basically have my car looked at for well being by a professional because I perform all the maintenance myself as far as oil and brakes. Was turned away and felt like I was annoying to these people because I hadn't purchased my Toyota here. I know for a fact when I buy a new Toyota in the future it certainly won't be from this dealership. I even made an appointment in advance, I honestly can't even believe how rudely I was just treated. That's not how you treat anybody. Thanks
Every time I visit I get charged for other issues...stop looking for problems....No seriously I always have a Good experience I just would like for Dorschel to pick up the tab sometimes$$$

Stay clear of this dealership if you are shopping for a used car. They sold my brother a used lemon and wouldn't fix it even under their 6 months warranty! We are filing complaints to Attorney General and BBB. Save yourself a headache and avoid this malpractice!
