Was an awful experience will never ever buy a vehicle from them again.
I tell you EVERYTIME I go into Dorschel they make me feel as if I'm VIP! The service team is always keeps me updated on what's going on, what needs to be fixed etc... I NEVER feel as if I'm being taken for a buck. I feel very confident in the technicians that they will give my van the best possible service. THE PANTHER (all black Sienna) is in good hands. Kudos to everyone at Dorschel!
I've called 2 times TODAY (11/23) and still no response. I am having a major issue with my Scion IQ and doesn't seem like anyone wants to help me. Thanks for the crap service✌️
