I used to think Dorschel was a good dealer and service center, and it probably is if all you need is an oil change and your tires rotated. But, now that my lemon of a Tacoma that I bought from them needs more complex service. I've realized they have no idea what they're doing and are extremely unorganized. So if you need any real work done on your Toyota look elsewhere.
They Rob 70yr old women on services they don't need. They Made sure my mother's Prius needed a $75 air filter During a State inspection but ignored her tires that were total dry rot.
Scary, Scary place to do business! id be very careful dealing with Dorschel Toyota, they hide issues on cars and then try to sell them with 0 warranty, they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you in the door, then when you get there the whole experience changes, and you wish you were at a different dealership.......i have the cash to buy the car outright, yet they absolutely refuse to assure me im making the right buy, and this is all after the fact the car is overpriced by $2,000......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
RecommendedI had a really great experience! Bryon Triglianos was my salesman and he did a fantastic job. Very patient, not pushy at all, did an amazing no. of getting me in the right car for me! I love my Camry! If you want great service, an honest deal, and to find the car just right for you then definitely see them!

This dealership is a scam! I bought a used Landcruiser with a condition for replacing tires before delivery. After taking the delivery, I found the car shakes while driving at 25 mph. I went back and they replaced parts: brakes, calibers, u-joints, and the worst thing that you cannot believe- they replaced the ignition switch, costing me thousands of dollars.
