Horrible internet sales experience. Chatted with internet salesperson, Stephanie, about a vehicle. The car looked like a manual in the pictures. I asked her to clarify what it was (the description said automatic). She said it was automatic and make an appointment! I drove an hour and a half to get there to only find out it’s a manual. I called the manager, texted Stephanie, and FB messaged Dorschel Toyota. No answer. Disrespectful and dishonest. Don’t waste your time.

I was looking for a specific type of Toyota. I had looked at other dealers first and I was really getting disappointed and was feeling like I would never find the perfect vehicle. I found the almost perfect vehicle at Hoselton but the sales people were very rude. I then went here to Dorschel and fell in love with my perfect vehicle and met Bryon. Well yesterday I called in hopes of pursuing a vehicle.The response when I asked if there was any negotiation?( Keep in mind my offers would have been within a 1k of listed priced)..."we're Dorschel we're the #1 dealer in blah blah blah".#1? When you offer a 5 year 60K power train when most Toyota dealerships in area offer a 7 year 100k? And your vehicles on average were priced about 1 to 2k over the competition?
