Took my 2009 mazda6 in for several things, one of them being an alignment and afterwards my car was still pulling to the right badly. I also took my car to the collision center to fix the dent in the driver's side door. they replaced the outside of the door but now my driver's side door speakers aren't working!!!! horrible experience at this dealership.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE BROUGHT MY VAN TO BE SERVICED IT HAS BEEN A COMPLETE DISASTER!!! First time I bought my van a year ago they had to re-service it for over a month because the check engine light kept coming on. Had to bring it back again for the same issue. Took a month to get a hold of someone and to receive a rental after many rude phone calls from multiple employees. I get my van back today. They said it was all set and ready to pick up. Stripped two skid plate mounting holes with careless air ratcheting. The other four bolts were loose. Then got into my 3000mi vehicle with greasy gloves. Dented side running board some how during undercoating touch up. And another time a service person got into my vehicle with golf cleats. And to top it off. Today I try and give them a fifth chance and they won’t pass my ‘14 4Runner because of a 4” tint visor on my side windows. There has been other problems not mentioned here. They hung the phone up on me and lied to me over the phone to get me to come in. Would not recommend them at all. Worst customer service, I won’t ever be going back to them and I bought 2 cars there, shows you how much they appreciate there customers
