RecommendedI stopped in this morning (Friday) on our way to Cleveland. No appointment but I get anxious when something does feel right with my vehicle. I explained it was shuddering at high speeds, but that I had also pushed through a foot of snow to get out of my driveway that morning. The service writer was very nice, non-judgemental of the "girl" in me and my paranoia and explained it was probably the snow as that happens. RecommendedHighly recommend if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. Koujo was our salesman and he was amazing!! They're sales and service staff are among the best and always keep in mi d what YOU want and NOT what they want. Not to mention, they're dealership is very nice, clean and serves refreshments. Dorschel Toyota is an excellent auto dealership. I was impressed by Matt Camiolo and his knowledge of the Toyota products. This was my second lease on a RAV4 and I couldn’t be happier. Shopping or leasing from Dorschel is such a breeze. It is a no stress, no hassle experience. The Dorschel experience is truly amazing. The service department is professional and never had a problem. I highly recommend Dorschel for your next auto purchase and especially Matt Camiolo!

They are nothing special, just another car dealer with a fancy building. Overall I having nothing overly bad to say, but at the same time I have no praise for them either, yes they sold us a car, but they have done nothing to earn a long term customer.

Extremely disappointed in our experience with Dorschel. Purchased a brand new 2017 Toyota Sienna in October of 2016- we chose the vehicle for its high ratings and went new because we did not want the hassle of making repairs. Within months, we had two tires blow out (at $300 a pop), and were told our bumper to bumper warranty did not cover tires because they were not Toyota parts. Frank Montalbano was awesome , great customer service and good at communication via email/phone . We test drove different vehicles and we laid out all my options. Once the lease was signed even the manager came out to congratulate me and had a very warm welcome . I will be back when my lease is up in 3 years! Thanks again for all your help!
