The owner, Ron, called me within 30 seconds of my request and promised to have someone out within the hour. I thought all I needed was a spring adjustment, but the technician, Brian, said although that would solve my immediate problem, it would NOT stop the excessive noise I was hearing, so he recommended replacing the wheels and bearings because the nearly 10-year-old w/b were very rusted and worn out.
