Seemed very knowledgeable. Knew right away what the problem was and fixed it very quickly.

I called, they came out the very next day without all the extra fees that some places charge. The guy that came was pretty nice and efficient. He fixed my problem and offered a resolution to a small problem until I could afford the larger problem. I would definently recommend this company to others.

I was impressed with how quickly Door Doctor was in terms of getting in touch with me. Once he came out to the house he was efficient in diagnosing the problem and then getting it repaired within 15 minutes. His pricing was very reasonable. He was very honest.
They did a good job but he was an hour late. He didn't charge me for a service call which was nice. I thought his price for 2 garage door springs was high. I ended up only doing one and it was $157.00.

Sorry! We can only be perfect 99% of the time. We tried to make it up to her, by waiving the service call fee, but i guess that wasnt good enough?
Came out the following day did the service helped with moving cars out of the way. Completed work.
