I am very pleased with the service and cost. Door Doctor did a great job.
They responded within minutes of my request to make an appointment; they came that day and did maintenance on the door, corrected the problem as much as could be expected (the opener is 12 years old and should be replaced soon) and gave me an estimate on the cost of replacing the unit. They were very professional and courteous.
They were very polite, friendly and straightfoward on the phone giving me an exact estimate up front. The only issue I had was that they missed their appointment time and I had to call to find out what had happened. After leaving a message, they called back immediately, apologized and were out here within 45 minutes. It was an easy fix, the wires were thin and broke.
Door Doctor West, Inc. did a good job at replacing the springs on my garage door. They were prompt to my ServiceMagic.com request, showed up on time, and had a good price.
On time and stuck to quoted price. Tried to up-sell several times which put me off.
Did a good job. Knowledgable and helpful. A little overpriced, but with the coupon in service magic (that he almost didnt let me use) it was more reasonable.
