I received a few estimates, but Door Doctor's was the lowest. They only charged $39.95, they checked out the whole door, repaired it, and gave me advice to keep it working properly. I highly, highly recommend them to others.
Had to have them back the next day. the adjustment that the tech made resulted in shredded gears. the tech had not checked the gears and we had to pay all over again. The money for the first repair was not refunded

Prompt, professional, no surprises.
The broken spring was repaired but the service tech would not stop trying to sell my other services. It was a high pressure sell and I felt pushed into one service after another. It was right from lifting the door he began to push and continued to push. I really did not feel that he inspected the door before the sell pitch began.
Door Doctor is very professional and pleasant to work with. I waited a bit longer for them to arrive than expected but my door was fixed within 4-5 hours of finding out that it was broken. :-)

We had a garage door hinge break, so the door couldn't be opened. Door Doctor West contacted us and came out the next day. They were an hour or two past their original schedule, but kept us updated regarding their schedule. Repairs were accomplished without difficulty by a courteous Pro.
The rep was on time, polite and got the job done quickly.
