job well done, but too exepensive
great, on time, fixed everything - really professional. awesome service.
I simply hired Door Doctor because they were the first to reply, which was literally within one minute, while the other two garage door services responded within the next 5 minutes. Well I wasn't disappointed. Within one day they offered a price for a single insulated garage door which came out nearly $100 cheaper than my only other point of reference, Home Depot. they came out to the house and had to return as they were not prepared for this repair immediately not having the parts needed to complete the job. Tried to talk us into a more expensive repair by replacing the rollers with some newer silicone rollers. The repair was done and was about what I expected it would cost. The person doing the repair was nice enough and gave me a bit of a break for cash. I would use them again
Super prompt and courteous. I thought the labor was a bit expensive though.
The young man was very nice, helpful and got the job done fast and without replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced.
The technition was very friendly, very efficiant. He showed us things to look for to see if the cable or other parts were going bad, he made suggestions but did not try to sell us anything more than we wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.
Was able to quickly ascess our problem with our garage door ,gave us several options to fix it ,suggesting an economical solution. The job was finished in a timely and professional manner.
They called immediately and set an appointment for the next day. I described the problem, explained what another vendor had said and they gave me a quote over the phone. The next day the service technician kept me informed of his schedule, arrived on time with all of the necessary equipment and completed the job in a timely manner.
