This company is very inconsistant. They showed up to my house without a phone call, left a sticker on my garage door which needed goo be gone to get it off. After a call from me to get them to return at a desired time (which was set) they showed up 45 mins early and sat outside my house and waited for me to return at the appointed time. The technian left a mess of some white powder on my garage floor and did not notice the light attached to my garage door did not work. Upon arriving at the home the technician recommended that I change both torsion springs. Which was a logical recommendation but was going to double the charge quoted to me. I explained that the labor and parts to include the second spring would not entail twice the labor since when you are replacing the bad spring the good spring is also part of the dis-assembly and re-assembly since I had watched another technician the prior year replace my father in laws spring.
