Great company. Explained what needed to get done, gave me a great price and got the work done immediately. This is second time I have used them in 5 years. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
The technician was punctual courteous and efficient however the dispatch was not. The job looks great. But again, the customer service from their female dispatch was less than friendly nor did she get back to me when she said she would.
Rich my service tech was awesome! He explained everything to me perfectly and got the job done quick, Request Rich if you have any door issues.
They quickly contacted me after I submitted my project information, came out the very next morning to give a quote and installed it that afternoon. Our needs were a little unique, but they came up with a easy and reasonably priced solution that their competition couldn't figure out how to even resolve. My door popped open twice, I was getting fined by my HOA who had no sympathy. Door doctor identified the problem an now I can live in peace. It was an insufficient closing force.
The serviceman on the phone was pleasant and professional. I was able to get my door repaired the same day and was very pleased with the work, price and warranty. Thanks guys!
