Came out on time, supposedly adjusted door and tuned up with my wife present. I returned home and tried the door, it didn't work. We called him back and he said it would be $75.00 more to install a new one if we purchased our own opener but the $69 paid was already paid.

Door Doctor West called almost immediately after I submitted my request and had a man at my house Ina couple of hours. David did a very good job surveying the damage and explaining my options. I decided to go with a new door and he came back the next day to install it right on schedule. David was very customer service orientated and did a great job. I would gladly recommend Door Doctor West, and David, to my friends, had won't hesitate to call them again should the need arise.
