I was quoted $65 service call plus parts and labor. Labor was $80+ and hour and parts (an aluminum bracket to screw on garage door) was $60 plus. I wound up paying $132 because I objected to price. I believe this should have been up front and I have learned to be more assertive when they quote me a price.
They were able to come out the same day and assess the situation. Didn't try to upsell things that weren't necessary but outlined what would be needed to get the door working again. Felt like the pricing was fair. The work was prompt and haven't had any issues with the door since.
Don show up on time and complete the open replacement in about an hour.

Came out quickly and provided a few different options for garage door replacements. They weren't the cheapest, but the materials were of quality and their work was very professional. Arrived on time and completed the job fairly quickly.
