They responded quickly, knew what they were doing, and fixed the door. The only problem was they didn't have all the parts on their truck, but they came back the next day with no charge to me.
They were great - will use them again. Work was completed well and as promised.
everything went well except that a door with an incorrect color was delivered to the site - this was quickly rectified by the installer driving back to the distributor and securing the proper door. De-installation and installation were done quickly and professionally, and in a very short time. Ron was personable and easy to work with - very well satisfied with the project.
