Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning,... by that afternoon "Rich" had arrived and explained the repair recommendation clearly. He was very helpful and did not try to pressure us into paying for extras, ... just explained our options. Our garage door also was slightly dented which caused minor cracks in the panels... he added a brace to the door to straighten it for very little extra charge and told us how to do regular maintainence on the door and raills. From the initial call they were polite and communicated well regarding product availability, schedule and timing of actual visit. The final price varied from quoted price due to the height of our door, however it was not that drastic a difference considering the value we received. The technician was polite and tried to resolve issues, but needed to make a couple of calls to complete the installation. They did a good job in fixing the problem, however I felt they over charged me for the service. Not a good value.
