The worker did not call before coming. He came and diagnosed the problem with our door quickly and fixed the problem quickly, less than 30 min. However, the person doing the repairs did not give us the same prices we got on the phone. The guy on the phone said the price would be labor plus parts, minus the discount for using service magic ($25). I always want a customer to be satisfied. that is why we gave them a free service call ($65.00 value)oppesed to the $25.00 off coupon. We can only offer 1 discount per call and this ended up saving them more money. Also we showed up within our time frame and a pre call was NOT specified.
The service technician was very nice, helpful and efficient! Just a little expensive for a short job but I would definitely recommend them.
Quick on the job, didn't try and oversell services, installed a great opener and fixed a few other problems with the door so it works like new!
Came on time, helpful and completed the job in a timely manner and we have not experienced any problems with it.
Our technician was prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced.
