Just a suggestion... Ask the question "What is the height of your garage door?". We never thought to think of how tall our garage door was, so the technician was not prepared the first day he showed up to find an 8' garage door. Thank you for the prompt and courteous follow-through.

They were prompt courteous and clean. Cleaned up any thing that was left on the floor and in the drive way.
Door Dr West got out the same morning I made the request. Installed the new parts in less than 30 minutes, at minimal cost. Very professional, quick, and non-intrusive.
They called before I got off the computer, came over that day, didn't have the part but came back next day a fixed it quickly for a good price. Very friendly and courteous
