They did a great job!
The only drawback of this Installation was the mis-qoute of the price. Quoted over the phone $125 for garage door opener and $65 for the spring adjustment. When installer showed up he estimated $125 and $85 for the spring adjustment. I mentioned the phone quote price but he was unable to honor? I will be calling them about this !

They responded within 30 seconds of my request for service. The technician arrived approximately 1.5 hours later and he was here for about 1.5 hours. From request to replacing my garage door motor in 3 hours. These guys define customer service. The door works great and Door Doctor West is great.

These guys were very courteous, but did not return phone calls when they said they would. Also, the installer showed up over an hour after our agreed upon appointment time, and probably the most troubling was that they didn't come with all the necessary parts. My order called for a new key lock and the installer didn't have one. I was forced to settle for him pulling the lock off my old door and installing it on my new one. WE DID CALL TO ALERT CUSTOMER OF OUR TARDINESS.....THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE KEYLOCK IN THE FIRT PLACE AND WE OFFERED TO RETURN WITH A NEW ONE, BUT THE CUSTOMER WAS OK WITH US USING HIS EXISTING LOCK.
The young man who came to fix our problem was very professional and knew what he was doing. I'm very pleased with the service that we received.
