Very prompt. The gentleman who installed our original garage door was the person who called us back, within a half hour of our request.
Overall very professional and courteous. Replaced my springs and was done in approximately 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the service.
I was very impressed with the service of Door Doctor West. Inc. He called , set up an appointment and was right on time. Fixed our garage door without a problem and was very helpful and explained what the problem was. I will certainly use him again in the future.

We used ServiceMagic at 10:30pm Sunday evening, received a call from Door Doctor at 7:30am Monday and our door was fixed by 10:30am Monday morning. Technician was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Excellent service.
Arrived on time, seemed to know what to do, had proper equipment. Only after tech left I noticed a large gap at the top of the door. I called tech, he said there was nothing he could do. I managed to get some angle pieces and secure them to the top of the door to close the gap. I think when he installed the new hinges he must have let the door settle to low. There was no gap before.
