OMG I am not alone with all the crap Bob Johnson has put me through. I thought it was because I only bought 5 NEW cars in the last 9 yrs from them that i was treated so BAD! My last visit was we don't have a broken car we have a broken customer !! 4 days later they are pulling the engine out of traverse!! I think the worst part is GM itself does not care I have called and written them and they just don"t care! I will NEVER but another car from Bob Johnson or General Motors.
Absolute worst service EVER! Everytime I've gone here for service, I've had another issue arise the very next day. I have given them multiple opportunities to prove themselves and I'm more and more disappointed each time. I will not be purchasing a vehicle or going here for service EVER again. I would not recommend this dealership for service to anyone! They will lie and steal to make a buck!!! Told me I had 3yrs 60000 miles on my extended. They switch papers and now car needs repair and I find out they scammed me. Don't trust any of them worst experience buying a vehicle.
