Until today, my experience with Bob Johnson has been limited to the initial lease and a couple of oil changes. Today, my leased vehicle needed an expensive repair. After honest discussion and interaction with their service department, I was prepared for a very expensive bill. I was surprised to hear most of the cost was covered under warranty and I was set up with a rental for the weekend while they waited for a part. This was a rough experience but I will say this. They made good on everything. First I found a 2014 Chevy Equinox for sale printed the paperwork for it out and by the time I got there it was sold. They found me another one and called the other location to confirm it was there. They said yes it's here, I put my deposit down and said I'd be in next day when it arrived. Too worried about being #1 in Sales, they Forget what it takes to Service their prior customers vehicles properly. Went in for an oil change and rotation, which was told, "I'll have you in and out of here in an hour" You sure it won"t be 1 1/2 hours I questioned ?
