Took Step Daughter and her car in for a diagnostic for an issue with her car for she can experience the anxiety first hand, the staff in the service department made her first experience rather nice by keeping her and I informed with no surprise and fixed the issue with her car at no charge, thanks.

I wish I could give zero stars for the service department and 100 stars for the sales. Service - My brand new 2016 Chevy Malibu needed a new engine.... it was a warranty job (obviously the last priority).... the car was in the shop for a total of 7 weeks. During that time I received ONE UPDATE!!!!!!!!! Horrendous customer service. The only reason I even received that call was because they had a question for me, I even had to ask where we were with repairs and how much longer they anticipated being. WOW!! Anne Lakis did an excellent job rebuilding a relationship with the dealership that was destroyed by management 21/2 years ago. She went out of her way to make sure every detail of this deal was taken care of. Great job Anne is restoring a relationship that goes back to the Stone Rd. days. Enjoying my 2017 Equinox.
