I am on my 3rd car lease from Bob Johnson and extremely happy with each one. I drive trucks all day long for work so I definitely wasn't looking for another big gas guzzler vehicle. I am happy with the Chevy Malibu its a nice little car with good gas mileage. Perfect for the 1-2 days a week I will be driving it and the payments are half as much as if I were to purchase so it made sense to me. Sean, John and Zac helped me out so much they answers all of my questions they even answer their phone when I called back at 7 pm I don't know too many companies who do that any more let's face it I even have to leave a voice mail for my kids pediatrician and I hate playing phone tag. I bought a new car from a private seller and brought it to Bob Johnson to get it inspected. They were fast and prompt. Fixed everything at a fair price. My service guy Chris Cobbs was very professional. He updated me every hour.
I came in for a noise I was having in the front end of my vehicle. I went to 3 different dealers who sold me services that I DID NOT NEED to fix the issue. I came into Bob Johnsons once and they had a mechanic named Tom ride in the car with me something none of the other dealerships did. Tom found my issue and solved the problem for me. They even provided a car for me to drive at no cost to me while mine was being repaired. They've earned a customer for life
