Bought my car from the ridge road location in 2006. My car is part of the ignition recall! Called to make an appointment, and was told I couldn't get in till February! However, called Hoselton and they got me in at the end of this month (November). I see where your priorities are!! Never buying Chevy again! And will not buy from Bob Johnson's!

Bob Johnson Chevrolet 390 in Avon are some of the best salesman around. A excellent truck buying experience. I would highly recommend then to everyone.
I had a great buying experience with Bob Johnson. When I leased my car I bought extra miles because I travel for work, but every time I get my service done they call me saying I'm over my miles, which is not true. It's very frustrating. I also think it's ridiculous that I have to wait almost two hours for a oil change WITH an appointment. Strongly considering taking my car to another Chevy dealer for oil changes!
Do not buy from Bob Johnson unless you want your credit ruined!!! 28 days and they have not paid off my trade!! They have done nothing but lie to me. I bought 3 cars there in the last 6 years and will never buy
