I got my car there and have had no problems with svc or anything,. Help me out on the phone when I had a question about svc.
Extremely impressed by our experience at Bob Johnson in Leroy! Attentive and very knowledgable staff :) we purchased two vehicles in the last two weeks and could not have asked for better service from Dave and Travis. Go in and ask for them, and you'll be glad you did!
Service Department will not answer phone and has not returned the four messages I left about the brake recall notice on my car. VERY POOR customer service - this is a critical safety recall and I have been completely ignored.

bought car from Leroy location had it 2 weeks and muffler falls off! For one I was so embarrassed because car was so loud and for 2 they wouldn't stand behind their car said it wasn't covered under warrantee! You would think after owning it just 3 days they would be willing to help you out! Not very good customer service!
Service is awful! Appt time not honored, car not repaired after having it for 2 days. Arrived to pick up car on the 2nd day only to find out my car still had not been repaired. This was after they gave me my keys, took payment and sent me on my way. AMAZING huh? I would not refer anyone to this dealership for service. They tried to give me a mug for my inconvenience. We have bought two vehicles there in the past 6 months... Love the service!
Selling a car that has completely rusted sun-roof, and advertising it as "rust-free" doesn't seem so ethical to me. Especially when all that is done is finger pointing as to who is responsible.
Turns out they aren't the #1 dealer for 2013. Integrity isn't their strong suit.
