Severely disappointed in how this group of dealerships has handled the scheduled free o change I had with Ideal. First I was cancelled and then lied to when I was rescheduled and told it would be free still. Today I am told it will be $19.99. Bad business decision and policy you ought to be ashamed of yourself.

I had a great experience at bob johnsons chevy service department! They were well organized and treated me well. All of my needs were well taken care of.

Brought a car in to get an oil change, it was my companies car. After they returned the car to me I noticed foot prints on the ceiling, and the car smelled horrible. Took it to delta sonic to get cleaned and they found burnt cigarette buts on the floor, I've never smoked cigarettes in my life. Took the car to a different shop for an oil change, and it turns out they never even did the oil change.
One of the worse experiences I have ever had to deal with, 3 weeks later I still don't have my car. On top of that they called me lieing saying a tech was out on a family emergency when in fact, he was suspend in the middle of my motor job for smoking a cig. Even more they waited 6 days later after he was suspended to call me to lie to my face. Would never rec This dealership to anyone
