I have been loyal to the Bob Johnson Chevrolet service department for over 10 years until recently. The service department has been so bad in fact I no longer trust or feel safe for them to service my car. My girlfriend has also had horrible experiences there too and I regret recommending them to her. After being stranded in Niagara Falls with her car for a problem "they fixed" we are both done with them and looking for a new dealership to be loyal too. I just picked up a used 2014 chevy impala. These people are amazing! I didn't think I could even get approved for any of their cars cause my credit isn't the best,but they didn't just get me approved they got me approved for a 2014! I really appreciate all the work they did. Very friendly and awesome people!
Great at the sale but they sell so many cars when u call for service they are always booked solid, then when you just go in for an oil change its a two and a half hour wait. Need a bigger service dept if they are going to sell so many cars
The sales department at Bob Johnson is top notch. Unfortunately their service department SUCKS. They butchered some warranty work on my Silverado and tried to cover it up instead of just admitting their mistake. Now I've been without my vehicle for over a week. Repairs should have taken 2-3 days max by their own admission.
I have never dealt with a dealership like this in my life!!! By far the worst I've ever encountered.. This dealership preys on woman true definition of womanizers of if I would say so.. Tried to triple charge me for light bulbs for my Chevy as though I didn't know better found out from another Chevy dealership the price was a fraction of what they charged me.
