Divvy Homes bought the home I picked out, leased it to me, helped with save up a down payment, and provided credit counseling. They are everything they advertise and because of them I was able to qualify for a mortgage and am now a proud homeowner. Thank you Divvy Homes!!!!!!!!

I did an application it came back my fico score was 450 through Experian while holding my credit report in my hand stating it was more than 225 point higher than they claimed i think they're really here to make money and judge according to what glimpse they get from your credit report .So the ******** that they're a company trying to help people who cant afford the normal way of buying a home is a bunch of crock. They are vultures truing to make money off those that are desperate

Hi ******, we're sorry we weren't able to approve you for our program. Credit scores are calculated in different ways depending on the tool or program you use. Our underwriting team uses Experian v2 to calculate scores and approve folks.

I am so disappointed & actually disgusted with the way I was processed with this company. I make over $96000/yr & was told that I don't have enough income. The tragedy of the matter is the break down of communication. It's less than transparent for a company who claims to want to help more ppl buy a home. I couldn't even get a straight honest answer about my application, why & how to go about getting it approved. The ppl on the phones do not explain anything bc it sounds as if they either don't understand what is coming from... read more

I am currently a Divvy customer who is getting the run around. ********************** bought my home and missed that a septic system existed. More than that has gone bad since. I have been told for over 2 months that the legal team would be in contact with me, but never has. I have been told I am being lied to by staff. I was also told that I would be transferring into a new home, never did. It is at the point where this entire process is a big slap in the face. I closed before the beginning of the month. My refund was 6500$ I had supposed to receive from Divvy. They only sent me a check for ****. They kept 1040$ of my refund. I did not own them any money. I closed on the 30th. Maybe the 40$ was for wiring the money but the check is short a 1000$. I paid my rent for three yrs owed them nothing. I sent a copy of the closing contract showing the amount due.

Hola, gracias al programa DIVVY tengo hoy mi casa, no se desanime todo tiene su proceso tambin me retire del programa por que no lo entenda pero era mi nica va y regrese y hoy estoy muy feliz con mi familia en la casa que me gusto. GRACIAS DIVVY POR EXISTIR.

My experience with DIVVY was a very positive one. This process helped me get in a higher end neighborhood that was right off a city square. I am now a homeowner after one year with the program, and I can tell you that in this crazy seller's market (in the middle of a pandemic) this program was a smart way to lock in a property and buy it in cash, in order to avoid being in the middle of a bidding war. I have tried to get them to fix my application for a week and haven't gotten any response. My husband and I filed bankruptcy almost SEVEN years ago, yes 7 but they denied his info saying its been less than a year. I sent in both my dismissal papers and his discharge papers, yet they will not correct and add him to the application.Their application process is horrendous and tedious, with most of the things they want you to upload not even able to process. I started my app with Divvy a few weeks ago and thank goodness I haven't finished going through the process.. I feel bad for the people in these reviews. It's already a very stressful time and to even think about having to worry if you will get the proper care from a realtor at Divvy Homes is unthinkable. Especially having worked so hard on my credit.
