I absolutely loved my experience with Divvy! The communication is subpar and everyone is very professional! I was in my home less than a year and have already completed my buyback process! I would definitely recommend this program!

March 2022 I applied for Divvy in order to purchase a home. Because of the current market, I was unable to find a house at market price. I was outbid 4 times. The house I agreed upon was marked $50,000 over the listed price. I am a regular person that is out of my budget. I paid an ******* payment when I was outbid on the first house. I currently dont want to follow through with the program because of the housing market crisis. I asked for my ******* payment back and got no response. The application process for me was smooth up until receiving my down payment and first month rent. Once that was taken out of my account their true colors was shown. I moved in on the 1st of April never received an inspection report from them only that one was done, no walk through with my agent like stated I would have. Things that was agreed upon with agent and maintenance team was not done. I still have a wasp nest on my front porch which they agreed to have removed prior to closing. Hands Down!!! Divvy is one of the most respectable Rent to Own companies that truly stands behind their word. They really made my homebuying experience very seamless and tolerable. Divvy is a very honest company. I loved to Ga in 2015 and contracted with another lease to own company, they were a fraud and night-mere. I was introduced to Divvy during that same period. Divvy signed me on, and has honored their contract all the way. I had the option of purchasing the property after a year, but I decided to wait, while I build a stronger credit rating. I know a lot of people get caught up in their own mistakes and want someone to blame. I've read the reviews and every experience is different. Divvy works. I signed with them before the market went crazy and saved me a lot of money when I bought my home back. Thank you to Divvy team for helping throughout the process. Leaving a 4 star because its not easy getting in touch with them on phone and takes time before they reply your email during maintenance request but the buy back team is efficient and replies ASAP.

Divvy process work, I saw their ad on another website and what draw me was that they say they would work with people who don't have a stellar credit history, and with their program, they would work with you to build up your credit through the payment process. I gave them a try, and I buy back the home that I leased for about a year.
