I had no issues, Divvy always did repairs in a timely manner. They always answered my emails and returned my calls. I bought my home back after 17 months with no problems! Divvy made the home buying process a breeze.

I bought my home with Divvy and the process was very smooth. It gave me time to fix a couple of things for loan approval and I was able to purchase the house I rented within 18 months. The buyback process was easy and Divvy was able to directly connect with my loan officer to make this fast and easy.

When I start working with Divvy Homes they understood my situation. Rent at the first of the month is not good for me. I had rental assistance and From there they have been sending me notifications of default when I'm not even 30 days behind. I don't mind paying their late fee and they don't mind giving it to me. Recently, I was able to purchase my Divvy home back after 7 months of leasing. I can honestly say that without Divvy, it would have been impossible for me to purchase a home in a seller's market. 1 week before I moved in my basement flooded out divvy agreed to fix the issue but they didn't now my basement continue to flood when it rain im now being told they don't address unfinished basements so now I feel as if I've been robbed how can you sell me a house with a unfinished basement when you don't address the issues with it now I'm in danger of my floors falling in due to water damage and the floor beams. This is not how you should treat your tenants

Be extremely careful referring your clients if your a new realtor to the program of Divvy even if you have your own agent profile and your client types in you information to work with you specifically. there is still a possibility Divvy will send your client to another prefered agent Divvy works with in the area. The support team will tell you your client never used your link when it was used right infront of you. This is a very shady company who do not put any urgency behind fixing the problem.

Divvy started off well but quickly began slacking. When rental assistance provided aid to my family during the plandemic. The payments were made but for some strange reason, the portal that accepts payments still has the previous balance due. Not allowing me to make additional payments. I've called * gotten the run around, Katelyn ***** of divvy has been m.i.a * the first is quickly approaching. No returned calls as stated by other reps this is unacceptable! Read reviews, think long * hard if you want this level of headache.

Utter and complete waste of time. This company is unresponsive. They have been reviewing my application for over 3 weeks but claim youll get a response in ***** hours. There is no one you can contact via phone and emails go unanswered. If I could give less than 1 star as a rating thats what I would do. Just find another option for home ownership because this is not a reputable company. I should have read reviews before wasting my time applying.
