They falsely advertise. They say on their website they use your fico score from experian, they say if you have a fico score of 550 or higher you can get pre qualified. I have a fico score higher than 660, they said they couldnt work with me. I've been at my job 9 years, in my rent house ********************************************************************** If they cant stand by their advertising, they cant stand by any agreement. Stay away from them!

Hello ****, it seems the soft credit pull could not pull all three scores that we use. This sometimes happens due to customers having their credit locked. If your credit is locked or frozen we will need you to unlock your credit scores for the soft credit pull to process.
Ive been dealing with ************************* to purchase a home. We have to postpone at the moment and when Ive reached out to this man to ask for an update on my refund hes ignoring me. He has actually ignored me since he knew I was not interested in the program right now and I agreed to postpone but he sent the text with the refund link. Unethical company. This company offered to purchase my sellers home with an all cash offer. Day of closing they pushed back a week then a week later because their renter they had lined up to rent the house to flaked out on them so they terminated the contract on my sellers closing day! My sellers had moved out had all utilities turned off in their name and now cannot close on their new home. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They have displaced a family with a 5 year old child!! They don't even deserve the one star.
They didn't even pull an accurate credit score. I have access to, and monitor my credit data weekly. The score they pulled was **** pts (less than); which signifies they are using inaccurate scores to increase the interest rates. Pure fraud used to take advantage of people Divvy believes to be unknowledgeable.

You may be monitoring a credit file that we are not using for the qualification as Experian has a few credit scores that they report. Also, these credit scores are used to qualify for our program and not tied to interest rates as this is not a home loan.

I went with Divvy in hopes of saving up money to buy a home over a year or two period. Divvy processed my information quickly and we made offers. In today's market some of the offers were higher than Divvy would allow. Which curtailed the buying process greatly. And when we did find homes that we liked Divvy absolutely was inept and would set a closing date and within a day or two of that closing would find something in the *** or whatever that would not allow us to buy the home.
