This Company rips you off. My home was inspected for a prospective buyer with Divvy and they lied about my house and said all sorts of untrue things about my house, forcing the buyer to pull out. I have documentation by a structural engineer and foundation specialists (3) that verified that everything this FAKE HOME INSPECTOR said about my home was untrue and inaccurate. My home is perfect. Great customer service made this rent to own program a cake walk
My fiancé and I had the BEST experience! Our agent Ken was warm, knowledgably and friendly. He helped us fine our dream home in less than 2 months. The Home inspector was super thorough and did a great job explaining everything to and made sure all repairs were made before our closing. I can't say enough about our liaison Derek, who did a terrific job of keeping us in the during the closing period. I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I was skeptical at first, because during the application I had to provide my banking information. I knew it was worth it when someone front the team emailed me within one day after approval. I began to feel that I was in good hands and was ecstatic at the fact that I could purchase a home now and experience the American dream. All became real when an agent start showing me homes. Wow... I'm surprised at the bad reviews! Since coming aboard with Divvy i have not had one bad experience. The process of buying a home is different than the normal way, 90% of the process is online and I think people are not use to that. I have not had any issues them responding in a timely manner, they have been nothing but Proessional! I would recommend people to understand Divvy's process before they take the navigate reviews into count. I had a great experience with Divvy. It was a seamless process from application to move-in. I was able to communicate with my advisor, home agent, and operations team whenever I needed to. I love how quick it was to get in contact with a person from Divvy. When they talk to you after filling out the application they get you set up with a realtor. My realtor got in touch with me with in 45 minutes after talking with Divvy. I was looking for a house the next day. They have a very thorough inspection that the house has to go through and major issues the owner has to pay to have them fixed before you move in. They are fast to close on the house. They are always there for any questions you have and quick to respond... read more
