This was my second experience with a maintenance request and DIVVY was awesome once again. There response was timely and professional. The maintenance team they provided responded the same day as my request and they had my problem resolved in a matter of hours. I have recommend DIVVY to others and will continue to do so!

Don't ever go to this company for anything. They will approve you for a certain amount, show you a few houses, and then completely ignore you until all houses are taken by someone else even if you do have all the funds necessary to pay the same day you look at a house. If you want your hopes to be raised and then completely soul crushed, go to this company. Otherwise, find somewhere else to find a home. Because these people don't care about anyone but themselves.

Follow up review from last review. Divvy responded to my concerns with no actions. Instead of them working on my move in repairs they went on vacation while I still wait to move in. This is the worst company ever. I do not recommend anyone getting a house with them. They pretend to care but dont. They make up excuses to not fix HOLES inside of your home. They take off doors without replacing them. I got a home listed as move in ready and its now a fixer upper home! Because theyre NOT FIXING ANYTHING! They delay everything. I... read more

As a single mother with no support, I thank Divvy for being so easy to deal with. I have been here for 2 yrs and I am working on my credit to hopefully buy the house I am in. Minor set back from getting sick and hospitalized, no fault to Divvy, they have been very nice to me. Its hard to find companies that help single moms. Thank you again

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They have no problem wasting yours. First of all, their "bidding strategy" makes no sense. They lowball so bad that no seller in their right mind would be willing to accept the offer. My approval was for the max ****** and they would not even consider putting an offer in on a home that was $11,000 under budget. You're better off going the traditional route if you can and leave "businesses" like these ALONE! ***DISCLAIMER: I only put one star because I had to, I didn't want to put any!
