Terrible company to do business with. The communication is lacking and every time I call I get incorrect information. My husband and I have been reaching out by email since October regarding moving out. Well over 60 days. No one has called us or returned our calls. We have requested a call from a manager or anyone in general to help us with this process. Now allegedly wed have to wait another 60 days to move out even though we have requested to move out months ago. Very frustrating and unfair. Also we were given an option to... read more

Finding and purchasing the home was great! Divvy was very responsive and informative. We were very happy. Very NOT happy with the maintenance side of things. Anything new is handled fairy quickly, but, its been several Months and the move-in issues that were to be done right away still arent resolved. The move-in repairs that were done were done very poorly and incorrectly done and took many weeks as the subcontractors fit us in when they felt like it. The work is unfinished and shoddy. We still have unworking lights, a rott... read more

I applied to Divvy and was approved for $300k. I found my dream home but when my realtor submitted my offer, I found out Divvy does not buy homes for the price of the house I wanted. It was very disheartening. I attempted to find out why and was only told that the home (built in 2006 and like brand new) didnt fit their model. I almost gave up and was heartbroken but I went with a lender that did FHA and not only did I get approved for my dream home, Im closing on Tuesday!! If you qualify for DIVVY, you qualify for FHA. Dont ... read more

Good Day 1-4-2023 ALCON: BLUF Bottom Line Up Front- This was the worst experience moving into a home.Communication- Cleanliness-Lack of Empathy Lack of Concern Incomplete lease It is scary to me that someone owns this home, and DIVVY homes allow it to go to complete Sh*%. I started my process on 11-8-22 - the home was unsafe, would not lock, mold in the ***** and the filter hadn't been changed in years. I paid for an HVAC cleaning out of pocket; transitions were not installed correctly, and a plethora of other items- upon su... read more

The process was pretty easy. Minimal down payment. Closing and move in was quick. The payments are a little high but I understand why. I am happy with divvy itself but not the home I moved into so I probably won't buy at the end of the 3 years.

Shocked to see such a low score, my own experience was 5 stars, start to finish! Simply put, Divvy Homes changed my life. As a single, credit-challenged person I never would have dreamed I could own my own home, but Divvy and my wonderful realtor got me into my perfect home in the ***** area. Every interaction I had with them was absolutely perfect. All maintenance requests were handed promptly and completely. And Divvy was incredibly patient with me during my 5 month odyssey toward mortgage approval, with several stops, sta... read more
