I have been living in a Divvy home for about 2 years I recently initiated buy back purchase and the appraisal came in **** short . They sent comps to contest the appraisal that were not reflecting the condition of the house. I asked if they could meet me half way since they advertise that their goal is to help people obtain ownership. They refused. Also they would no longer want to pay for the closing costs. Terrible experience with purchasing a home,every home we tried to get we were out bidded on. Had to settle for a small cramped townhouse not worth the price. Was told that I could get my money back if I gave adequate notice to vacate which I did. I had over $6000 of saving after moving out but Divvy only agreed to return to me $684 which I still have not received. Horrible experience and it take forever to get a live person to call you back.

Divvy is a great source for home buyers if you're credit is not that good they can really help you into home ownership. The customer service is excellent but some of the contractors are not that good but other then a few mishaps my experience with Divvy has been awesome

I went through Divvy home back in September of 2022 as it was one of the les unfortunate ones that could not qualify for a conventional loan or a FHA loan. Since being in my home Divvys maintenance is a real issue and Divvy hires the cheapest and terrible maintenance vendors. I waited 3 month for plumbing issues in a bathroom to get fixed that required tearing up the concrete floors and getting the tile replaced in the bathroom correctly. So far very impressed with **** we leased an older home and we have had some issues that were unseen,I filled out the maintenance form and they responded right away. Divy sent contractors that were professional and courteous and instead of putting a bandage on the issues they replaced a complete ac system and a water heater for me, dont see that happening a lot anymore with companies so overall Im very impressed with the way the handle maintenance.

Do NOT use them to "purchase" a home! They will take forever getting things fixed! Middle of winter, I had multiple companies come out to and they all told Divvy my house needed a splitter, because the baseboard heat didn't heat my house enough. My house was 47* on Christmas Eve!! It is now the middle of February and they only approved 1 splitter, and its FINALLY getting put in! They do NOT care about their tenants or their homes!
