I would not be able to get into a home as nice as this one if it wasn't for Divvy. So far they have been extremely wonderful to help me out and easy to work with.

I worked with Divvy for shorter than I would have liked, but ALL interactions were top notch. The customer service is absolutely next level, not to mention their promptness and professionalism. I rented a home from Divvy. Not a purchase. A standard lease. The hike was said to be move in ready. When we were given access via the lockbox, we were appalled at the unsanitary condition their home was in. All of our belongings were in a moving truck that was schedule to arrive at 8:00 am the next morning. We entered the home just after 8pm. My wife and I went and bought over ****** of cleaning supplies and cleaned through the night. We only were able to clean a small portion of the house due to its poor condition. All app... read more

Divvy did everything they said they would do. We bought our house from Divvy after renting for 2 years from them. We locked in before the market exploded so we were able to take advantage of a good bit of equity walking into our loan. All the money set aside went towards closing as we didn't need a down payment due to being VA borrowers. Would recommend Divvy to other in a similar situation as ours. Divvy is a great tool. I can see where it may not be the right fit for everyone, but worked out for us!

Yes hi my name is ********************* my wife, *************** was a lease holder on the house and she foreclosed on it and in the application process I believe we put on there that we were married. I tried to work with these people to pay back the money that she owed they told me my credit was bad which doesnt make sense because this is a program to help you rebuild your credit and its a three year program so they put me on the streets so be careful what you do with these people because if you ***** up theyll take all you... read more

I started my home buying journey with Divvy Homes around March of 2023. I have gone through 2 real estate agents and have had several offers applied that were not approved by Divvy, the offer was too low to purchase the home, and was not an approved home based from Divvy's requirements. I had put a $500 offer deposit that was supposed to be used towards purchasing a home. I tried to work with them it's about 2 years ago . I had all my paperwork in order excited to get into a home that I can purchase from them ! After submitting all my financial documents multiple times getting a cosigner about two and a half months into the process it came to a halt...
