During the height of home prices soaring in ******* 2 years ago. The only way for us to get a house was with the help of Divvy homes. Last year, Divvy came in at the last minute to save the day!! I had to use Divvy due to not being able to secure my VA loan due to a tax lien. I applied with several rent to own companies and Divvy was the best deal. All the others wanted me to purchase in an area I didnt like or had a limited section of homes to choose from. On day one the repairs needed to the home were starting to be taking care of. Good afternoon, AGAIN! I have not received a response as of yet to the other items of repair. Repairs are completed to the pool. What date will I get a check for the water bill? What date will the other repairs be started on?-As stated directly to *****, I spoke with Rockdale county water resource company and they charge $7.62 per ***** gallon when it's over more than ****** gallons of usage.-I have ****** gallons of water filled in the pool using the water from the house.

So far my experience with Divvy has been amazing. In two days I have been in my divvy home for a year. If you need something that requires maintenance they contact you immediately. I see a lot of comments on here that seem to be very negative about the houses that people picked. You literally get to pick your dream house as long as it follows their guidelines. Divvy so far Im blessed to have found this opportunity and I thank you for helping my family get the house we have today.
Currently rebuilding credit to buy a home saw divvy and thought it was a way to find a permanent spot sooner. Its the same requirements to go get a home loan our house hold income is 15k and will be more soon but we were denied. If they accept you go apply for a home loan and down payment assistance chances are you will be approved without having to go through them and save a lot of money.
I was recently approved for a home with Divvy. I keep calling but my attempt to reach someone is unsuccessful. My assigned agent has not reached out to help with the purchase process. My experience thus far has been a nightmare, and Im concerned because who did I just give my SSN too
