Our experince with Divvy was fast and smooth we have been in our home for 1 yr *** 1/2 wre plan on buying thiz home and every maintenice issue we have had they have been very prompt and quick to get someone out to fix it they have never denied any mainteince issue they always call and stay in touch until the job is down and they check to make sure they we are happy the results i have nothing so far that i could say was negative it has been all poistive
Divvy Homes gave me the opportunity to become a homeowner they helped me every step of the way. Addressed any of my problems and helped me get them resolved. Always was there to support me and guide me through the process. Again thank you Divvy to become a homeowner.
If I could give Divvy a negative rating I would. I do not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is horrible. I've never been so grateful and happy to be done with a company, as I am with Divvy. The maintenance agreement is a joke. In any other situation with a landlord, the landlord is responsible for repairs. Not with Divvy, it's up to the renter to pay for repairs. The ONLY way they communicate is via EMAIL, unless you demand to speak to someone in person. They are way overpriced in the market based on the value... read more
Divvy gave my family a second chance at homeownership and we are so grateful!
Divvy is a good place to get a home for people who don't have the credit at the time to get one.but the worst thing about divvy is their maintence department.problem with that is when you need something fixed they like to argue on fixing what needs to be fixed,for example my home that I bought was left with a fence that needs to be replaced,windows in the house that are broken and can't see out of,a electrical outlet that does not work in the kitchen,the whole front of the house leans because of a structure problem under the... read more

I had an absolutely positive experience with divvy homes. The rent to own process was easy to understand, and their lease agreement offers a fair rent rate, with a portion of it getting put away into an ******* money account for you at to use at closing. I chose an older home that was in decent condition, but needed some repairs. Divvy's maintenance process was responsive and thorough, they covered needed repairs to electrical, plumbing, ceiling vent installation, and basement waterproofing.
