Poor customer service. No real person speaking to you who speaks English. They would not cooperate with me. Bike would not dock for ***** minutes. Could not get anyone on the line. Good bikes but very bad customer service. Should hire REAL people who speak language of customers
Thank you, Divvy Family! Yes, I could say alot of things about this brand that would make you cry! Like, the great customer service team, the prompt business practices when repairs were necessary. Even though I had to realize, Divvy sees me as a homeowner, in my mind, I was still renting. I've also realized being in a rental mindset is far from having a homeowners mindset, Big Difference!
