Divvy is great and will definitely get the job done. Hard to get a hold of someone but they do help when get a hold of them.
The experience was almost 5 stars. The original move in was very smooth. Any repairs needing during the process were completed in a timely manner. The portal was easy to access and make payments. The biggest complaint I have which constitutes 4 stars instead of 5 was getting Divvy to pay the *************** was a complete hassle every time. The third year before we closed on the house they completely ignored all of my inquiries all the way until close. Divvy homes was a great experience, most people may look it like they are paying to much at times for rent but once you get the understanding that a portion of the money is going into a savings for your down payment when you are ready to buy your home you will also love it.
