This is just an informational review for anyone who is looking just to RENT a house that is listed by Divvy. If you are just trying to RENT (we are not trying to buy from them) only you are still held to the Debt to Income ratio requirements. Normally a rental company does not do this. Also there were 4 of us going to be on the lease, but Divvy only allows two applicants.

I would say, my Divvy experience was rather pleasurable. It had its *** and downs like any relationship. But ended with me still purchasing a home. I stayed all 3 yrs of my lease. I have seen every aspect of their customer service and it could use improvements. If youre able to get to the right person, they are more than happy to work with you or listen to your concern. At the end of the day, all of my concerns were met and fixed with minimal effort I would say. Program did exactly what they say.

I would not recommend no one to this program they are very highly priced homes!!! They will not work with u if having a hard ship !! All communication is threw email or they attorney .After filing 3 or more evictions they will terminate ur lease when its time to pay on the portal if ur payment not received by a certain time they shut down portal u Will receive error messages it happens twice to me any they dont care about !!
